Meeting Cost Calculator provides managers with the data necessary to:
- Eliminate unnecessary meetings.
- Increase team productivity.
- Educate team members.
The dashboard puts actionable metrics in front of business leaders outlining key data: meeting costs, participants, time spent in meetings, cost by day of the week, cost by attendees, cost by participant, and more. (All data is stored securely to maintain privacy around sensitive salary information.)
The add-on for Google Calendar (coming soon) brings key data to members across the organization (while maintaining privacy around salary data) by displaying the cost of meetings as they are booked. Surfacing this information to general organization members (in addition to managers and admins) allows for exposure to, and creates a foundational understanding of, the cost implications of meeting time within your organization.
